This explains what plenk does with your data when you join the waitlist. Controller: [LEGAL NAME], [POSTAL ADDRESS].
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Optional answers about your broker and your role (investor, creator or both).
- Referral data: which invite link brought you, and who you invited.
- A hashed IP address, used only for abuse protection and deleted after 24 hours.
- Anonymous visit counts that do not identify you.
Why
To keep your place in line, to email you about plenk (with double opt-in), to stop spam and abuse, and to understand how many people visit.
Who processes your data
We use Supabase (database) and Resend (email) as processors. They act only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data or for its deletion at any time, through the unsubscribe page or by writing to hugo@plenk.io.
